Next, write down additional thoughts you have about those topics. Just simple notes to jog your memory.

For example:

Marriage – why did I get married, communication, disrespect, love, sex, divorce, stay, too many arguments

Bob at work – wants my job, avoiding, wishing he would get released, irritating

Susie/homework – tired of this topic, just do it; she is smarter than that

Dog chewing – Need a new couch. Remember to put him outside before work. Maybe get a trainer.

Childhood – can’t change it, wish it would go away, hard to talk about

Sex - I want to feel safe again, not performing. Want what we had a long time ago?
