Page by page, write down any actions you have already tried to solve that specific problem.

Here is why this is helpful: Sometimes, we continue to look at the same solutions, hoping just one more time will work. In addition, we overlook the efforts we have made and how we didn’t just settle. Take a moment to pat yourself on the back for trying. Your effort means you want better.

After writing down any action, you have already tried to resolve the struggle, notice which actions you are done putting energy into. Put a checkmark next to those. This is a reminder that you are done trying those solutions.
